Job Description

The Export Sales Executive is responsible for monitoring and increase each country sales, through sales planning, activities including marketing promotion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Think strategy to expand export sales and monitoring each country sales, including sales activities, marketing promotion (online/offline)
  • Travel to overseas to build relationship with distributor, market survey, check on distributor's performance 
  • Cooperate with other department to make sure the goods are follow the regulations
  • Cooperate with other department to make sure the goods are shipped out in a good conditions without any delay and causing trouble to customer
  • Teach/give training to our customer (distributor/end consumers/promoters) on products knowledge, how to sell, etc
  • Make proposal for customers to approach to their customers to purchase our products
  • Keep good relationship with distributors to make sure they are align with company strategies
  • Keep eyes on freight cost and also work together with other department to monitor forwarder's performance 
  • Keep eyes on the trend of related countries to make sure our plans or strategies are on track
  • Monitor market changes through online/offline to protect our valued customers benefits
  • Communicate with HQ to make sure export business is benefiting the group to avoid conflicts
  • Keep good relationship with distributor PIC in every other countries
  • Need to look after for retail, food service, industrial and marketing segment for the in charge country
  • Data analysis, communicate with new inquiries, dig out potential customers
  • Cooperate with other department to make sure the goods to be shipped in a good conditions, align with the country's regulations and also the payment collections

Skills & Experiences

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other relevant courses
  • 2-3 years experience in retail of food service segment
  • Experienced in export
  • Basic computer skills (Power Points, Excel, word)
  • Knowledge of export's flow (Incoterms, forwarder, SAP, MITI system, etc)
  • Able to travel overseas
  • Have curiosity about each countries cuisine and culture
