Customer Success Assistant Manager

Job Description

60% of the work is quote handling and project execution management, and 40% is sales activities (meetings, proposal preparation, project cost negotiations, etc.) The main core job task of the customer success assistant manager is build relationship patiently with customer by conducting project execution and proposing the best solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep-cultivation sales operation for existing customers.
• Feasibility check for possible implementation of research project
• Respond to quotations from existing customer
• Registration of projects after receiving an order and assign project personne
• Schedule coordination, quote-to-order and order-to-delivery process management
• Conduct teleconference with the clients.
• Progress management of projects under implementation
• Customer relations, such as implementing new cost adjustments with customers when price changes occur.
• Business trip to other countries.
• Respond to clients inquiries.

Skills & Experiences

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Business or any related course. 
• Total minimum working experience - 5 years  
• Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development, 3 years of sales experience.
• Proven business development track record in commercial sales of any of the following: 
• Internet, 
• Consultation, 
• Advertising, 
• Saas, 
• Market Research
• Confident and independent enough to pitch ideas with Decision Makers. 
• Ability to travel overseas or locally for business trip once a month. 
• Proficient in the area of Excel and PPT
• Strong communication skill in the following language:
• English & 
• Mandarin 
• Analytical as well as influential and persuasive.
