Today we will learn about the different reward scheme you can earn as a Seekers Freelance Recruiter?

- Qualified RM15

- Attended Interview RM30

- Accepted Offer Letter RM50

- Completed - 24% of candidate 1st month salary.

You will get your final completion reward 1 month after your candidate work in the company.

Commission formula:
1st month salary x 24%
if candidate earns RM10,000,
Your commission will be 10,000 x 24% = 2400.

You will get RM2400 commission one month after candidate joins the hiring company.
