Job Description
The Telemarketing Manager is responsible for managing and coaching a team of telemarketers as well as developing various strategies which align with overall sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a telemarketing team to generate sales-qualified leads through business sales calls to prospect customer.
- Recruit, train, lead and supervise telemarketers, providing coaching to improve performance and achieve business target.
- Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies aligned with overall sales objectives.
- Ensure the team proactively builds prospect lists, qualifies leads, and secures sales appointments.
- Maintain effective collaboration and communication with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and securing sales appointments (follow up once appointment has been confirmed by your team.)
- Oversee CRM usage, ensuring accurate updates and data management.
- Conduct performance reviews, implement improvement plans, and foster a motivated team environment.
- Prepare reports on telemarketing activities, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Skills & Experiences
- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
- 3+ years of management experience in the tele marketing environment and able to manage a minimum 10 people.
- Experience leading, inspiring and motivating others to meet goals and metrics.
- Strong proven Leadership capabilities.
- A good team player who is independent and self-motivated, self-disciplined and able to prioritise and handle multiple.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with Chinese-speaking clients and team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Experiences in Microsoft Excel reporting functions such as pivot tables.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
