Job Description
The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for contacting prospective clients by cold calling, lead generation, online research, proposal submission, and generate appointments to explore business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients by cold calling, lead generation, online research, proposal submission, and generate appointments to explore business development opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet clients' unique needs and provide updated promotional campaigns to customers.
- Successfully generate appointments with clients to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and business development goals.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills related to the offered services.
Skills & Experiences
- Must possess at least a High School/Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelors degree in Marketing / Business related
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
- Relevant working experience in a Marketing / Sales / Telemarketing Executive / Telemarketer / Telesales and Customer Service or equivalent is an advantage
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay
- Young, bold, enthusiastic persona and have passion to do sales!
- Able to work under pressure, self motivated, dynamic, proactive, possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills
