Key Responsibilities
- 60% of the job scope is campus recruitment, 40% of the job scope will be retention recruitment of existing senior staff.
- Will be covering whole Malaysia University Campus recruitment and identify university or colleges who has IT graduates.
- Manage and develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
- Organize employee engagement and activities to create an open learning and lean corporate culture.
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer the psychological test, etc.).
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecasts.
- Access the needs of current employees & conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
- Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops.
- Determine HR and recruiting KPIs. Create and present KPI reports.
- Identifying the organizations needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy, including Employer Brand efforts to improve recruitment and business performance.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
Skills & Experiences
- Master/Degree in human resource management, business administration, business management
- Min 5 years experience as a talent acquisition manager specializing in campus recruitment.
- Have good connections with Universities and colleges and knows how to organize career fairs.
