Key Responsibilities
- Design content strategy and update social calendar to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Design and develop content for all media channels (web, app, social media, advertising and trade)
- Develop multiple contents for the various platform including website, video, landing, email
- Create user education content including a tutorial, videos and documentation
- Build and engage online communities
- Collaborate with the marketing and product team to ensure all marketing content is correct and precise
- Ensure that all content that was developed is shareable, original and engaging
- Responsible in manage user feedback and FAQ with the customer service team to ensure consistent communication of product and services.
- Responsible for copywriting and translation
- Research on topics and content to cater to specific targeted audiences
- Measure the performance of the social media campaigns
Skills & Experiences
- Degree in Media Communications, Marketing or equivalent qualifications
- 4 years of experience in social media marketing or content designer
- Proven record of experiences in developing content for multiple platforms
- Experience in video, infographics and image design for various media channels
- Experience with various marketing platforms and tools (example: Canva, Landing pages platform, LinkedIn, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Marketing)
- Experience in Telecommunications, Digital technology and Fintech
