Job Description
The role requires a candidate with a strong background in IT infrastructure, ERP implementation, and project management. The responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle, providing client support, guiding junior team members, and offering professional consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Implementation and Product Management
- To participate and perform the full cycle of project implementation, from the planning stage to completion, post-implementation support, and documentation to the clients
- Managing content development
- Performing financial analyses
- To guide juniors and involve in mapping requirements with the software application
- Document business processes and conducting product training for client users and facilitate user testing
- Helpdesk Support
- Providing support and resolved clients queries and problem
- Supporting business development activities
- Pre-sales
- To provide professional consulting services to the clients on Companys products and services
- General
- Managing and guiding juniors
- Teamwork to consistently demonstrate actions (e.g. knowledge sharing, helping each other to meet project timeline, sense of urgency) to increase the teamwork with all teammembers.
- To continuously keep abreast of product and industry knowledge with alert on the latest technological advancements to provide leadership to cross-functional teams when necessary
- To perform other duties at the discretion of the superior and/ or the management
Skills & Experiences
- Possesses Bachelors Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in a related field
- A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in ERP implementation and configuration
- Willing to travel across Malaysia depending on project requirements
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities to be able to advise on business workflow/automation
- Excellent project and time management skills.
