Key Responsibilities
- Work well in project teams to deliver projects end to end
- You will be a key project team member in areas of Requirements gathering, Solution discovery workshops, Solution and configuration design, Development and project delivery, Testing, QA, UAT ; and Go live deployment and post go live support and client enablement
- You will help consult and guide clients on the technical aspects of a Salesforce solution and integrations
- Build cross-channel, cross platform marketing campaigns.
- Support sales and technical Lead of salesforce partnership on new business opportunities.
- Work closely with analytics and data teams to offer the best services to the client
- Customer consulting on platform new features, change requests, support and maintenance of the solution.
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT
- Salesforce platform specialists (Marketing Cloud, and or Service, Community or Commerce Clouds) with strong understanding of marketing operations and processes in enterprise companies
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in software development or technical Salesforce project delivery
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience coding experience in required in programming languages (eg. .Net, Java, Apex), SQL, HTML, javascript, bootstrap, CSS, Jquery and email build
- Hold current salesforce certifications, preferably in Marketing Cloud (email or consultant), but in other Salesforce Clouds is welcomed
