Key Responsibilities
- Building journeys and automations in the SFMC platform
- Leverage datasets to identify opportunities to improve performance, reach, and return on investment of digital marketing activities
- Building, deploying and reporting on email campaigns
- Own all aspects of trafficking, optimisation, and troubleshooting with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability
- Design and implement test plans (A/B and multivariate) to understand drivers of response and value
- Report campaign results regularly and provide recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
- Manage planning, execution, ongoing reporting and optimisation of email campaigns (manage internal analytics and dashboards, provide optimisation and real time targeting recommendations)
- Oversee quality control and ensure approvals are obtained on all appropriate activities
- Provide training to clients on using campaign platforms
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum 2 years experience in Email Direct Marketing (Email Marketing Campaign Creation and Monitoring, reporting)
