Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Able to work closely with interior designers, architects, developer, and interior design contractors
• Able to making proposals, arranging samples, sending quotations, arranging delivery, and handling projects.
• Handling hotel and condominium projects from the designing stage to completion.
• Site visits and sales gallery viewing are needed occasionally.
• Able to commit to long term project (2-3 years)
• Able to work for long term and expected to become executives in the hardware business.
• Able to ensure the interest of developers, interior designers, hotels, agencies and individuals.
• Able to work concurrently with Shanghai and Singapore offices.
• Experience of working in the construction industry (e.g. interior design, flooring, furniture, design and design companies) are added an advantage.

Skills & Experiences

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English
• Female candidate is preferred (to balance the team)
• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
• Expertise in using MS Office
