Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to promote our Outsourced IT Support Services, as well as IT Hardware, Software and Cloud Solutions.
- Database provided to call to set appointments and to do business development.
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Organizing necessary physical and online marketing campaigns to boost sales
- Preparing necessary documents needed to confirm and finalize deals
- Liaising with Accounts department on Invoice management as well as payments follow-ups if required
- Attending customer's/ prospect's premises to learn about issues that they are experiencing, understand their infrastructure, and to report these findings back to the tech team.
- Liaising with the tech team in developing solutions and then proposing them to customer/prospect
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers (with the assistance of the Technical team if required)
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing their requests, as well as providing excellent post-sales support.
- Preparing all necessary documentation and participating in government tender processes
- Managing and following up with relevant tender participations
- Develop and maintain a healthy working relationship with all Distributors
- Attending new product trainings organized by relevant Distributors
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum 1 year of working sales experience in IT Sales
- Candidate to possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology,
- Possess good communication skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
- Possess own transport & must be able to travel within Selangor/KL
