Job Description

Sales Engineer based in Penang

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for liaising with existing/new customers in sales and technical requirement
• Driving supply chain improvement activities with factory, and review with customer needs
• Liaise with Production, Design, Engineering, and QA Department in scheduling production, drawing and rework
• Preparing quotation, following up, handling objection and qualifying customer need
• Evaluating and adjusting sales estimation bi-monthly to management
• Working with accounts receivable teams to follow up on overdue invoices and ensure that customers are paying on time
• Liaise with factories which base at Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines, Singapore ,China and Slovakia for delivery and also technical issues
• Covering northern region customers' visit and issue follow up

Skills & Experiences

• Great character (willing to learn, humble, discipline and hardworking)
• Min 1 year working experience in engineering industry
• Working location Penang
• Owns car and valid licence
• Ready to travel in Northern region
• Owns Degree in any field
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words, Powerpoint
