giving sales support to the sales team

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with manufacturing factory from China, Thailand, Singapore and Cambodia to coordinate orders request by the client. 
• Look into the timeline of delivery from overseas importing the product to the penang warehouse in Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone. 
• Work closely with sales to do forecast with factory to ensure availability of stock. 
• Fulfil orders by the customers. Issue accurate manufacturing orders to the factory.
• Products are like precision engineering electronic parts to the following industry:the mobility,home electronics, telecommunications, and robotics markets, as well asinfrastructure, medical, and housing equipment markets

Skills & Experiences

• 1 year working experience as a sales coordinator
• Experience handling supplier, coordinating delivery lead time
• Extrovert and strong communication skill in English and Mandarin
• Strong project coordinating and time management skills
• Possess own transport
