Sales and Product Trainer

Job Description

The Sales and Product Trainer is responsible to provide trainings and knowledge to agents for a variety of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare training contents and subscriptions business content
• Design and enhance an effective training program for incubator and the sellers
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum
• Educate seller to become an expert in a subscription business
• Create multilingual language, multi format content (Livestream, in-person workshops, short videos, infographic, and articles) that is accessible to sellers
• Schedule appropriate training session

Skills & Experiences

• Bachelors Degree in Business or relevant fields
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least having 1-3 years experience or above experience at MLM company
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Impressive communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good attitude, responsible and discipline
• Willing to travel if necessary
