Key Responsibilities
- Assist in acquiring new sales opportunities, growing local and global markets.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling/ email/ direct meeting/ etc.
- Assist in sales projection and forecast based on our historical data and strong logic.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Meeting KPI set by the company and aligning with company direction.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive strategic discussion and achieve better results as needed.
Skills & Experiences
- At least 2-3 years in a sales position or similar job. Having experience working for Media Agencies, Digital companies is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing.
- Resourceful and innovative, with an entrepreneurial spirit and partnership-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and work well within a team environment to scale optimist result
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales revenue growth
- Ability to prioritize own workload and multi-tasking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
- High-pressure capability quickly grasps the problem and solves the problem effectively.
- Analytic and logical problem analysis skills.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay
