Job Description
The Public Relations Admin is responsible for organising and executing events, campaigns to achieve company's PR goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep calendars (editorial, press conferences, events, etc) and media lists
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions
- Assist in organising and executing events, campaigns etc
- Conduct research to support PR planning
- Draft and distribute content such as newsletters and releases
- Edit videos and presentations and assigned
- Support relations with stakeholders, media, vendors, etc
- Assist in tracking media coverage of PR metrics (e.g. web analytics)
- Invent ways to streamline communication and plan execution
- Undertake general admin and clerical duties
Skills & Experiences
- Min diploma holder in PR or Communications; open to fresh grads but similar internship experience
- Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese, English and Malay
- Creative with good writing and research skills of PR and marketing concepts and current methods
- Great attention to details while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of basic video production and editing, while being computer savvy
- Organised, confident and great communication skills for client facing
- Able to drive around Klang Valley to meet clients and attend media events
