Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop detailed business plans, identify key partners, accounts (system integrators, big installers, distributors) and end-users;
  • Develop and implement annual and periodic sales activity plans; guiding Dahua sales team on best practice in creating unique, objective driven activity plans & analysing outcomes;
  • Represent Dahua in key initiatives and develop relationships with relevant distributors and other third parties;
  • Undertake direction, leadership and management of key market strategies;
  • Prioritize target accounts and opportunities and work with the sales team to ensure Dahua is seen as preferred vendors for those partners
  • Plan key industry association and lobbying activities
  • Anchor and update the business plan with the country manager quarterly
  • Coordinate with the country manager to develop and track objectives and KPIs to measure the team performance

Skills & Experiences

  • Minimum 3 years project sales experience
  • Able to speak and write Mandarin (Non-Mandarin speaking candidates who have strong government project sales experience, are welcomed to apply)
  • Have CCTV surveillance experience and customer data on hand
  • Capable to do government project, with very strong local government relationship
  • KL vacancy is opened for non-Mandarin speaker.
