Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop detailed business plans, identify key partners, accounts (system integrators, big installers, distributors) and end-users;
- Develop and implement annual and periodic sales activity plans; guiding Dahua sales team on best practice in creating unique, objective driven activity plans & analysing outcomes;
- Represent Dahua in key initiatives and develop relationships with relevant distributors and other third parties;
- Undertake direction, leadership and management of key market strategies;
- Prioritize target accounts and opportunities and work with the sales team to ensure Dahua is seen as preferred vendors for those partners
- Plan key industry association and lobbying activities
- Anchor and update the business plan with the country manager quarterly
- Coordinate with the country manager to develop and track objectives and KPIs to measure the team performance
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum 3 years project sales experience
- Able to speak and write Mandarin (Non-Mandarin speaking candidates who have strong government project sales experience, are welcomed to apply)
- Have CCTV surveillance experience and customer data on hand
- Capable to do government project, with very strong local government relationship
