Job Description
Location is Sarawak either in Kuching , Sibu, Miri or Bintulu.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with the clients together requirements, scopes, or objectives and coordinate with internal teams to translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions.
- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Ensure clients are kept fully informed of developments/progress relating to issues raised to prevent further queries.
- Participate in project meetings with internal teams or with the clients while providing continuous support in preparing project related documentations as well assisting in supervising ongoing projects.
- Work closely with Business Technical in managing project activities on daily basis.
- Provide supporting role in preparing and reviewing project proposals, reports, meeting minutes or other documentations related to projects.
- Assist in supervising current projects assigned by the management and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to other staff members or departments as needed to maintain or improve overall performance and work efficiency
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelors Degree in business management/ Project Management qualifications (PMP/ PRINCE2) preferred.
- Any Engineering / Economic or Finance background qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT Project management or project implementation experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills as well as detail oriented
- Maintain high level of professionalism in work ethics, commitment, and dedication always
- Contributing to team efforts towards the success of SOCOE
- A good team player and able to communicate well in Bahasa Melayu and English are required
