Project Engineer / Manager (Melaka based - 2 vacancies)

Job Description

Developing, configuring and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification. Assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data. Designing, running, testing and upgrading systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• The project engineer will be handling project management between client and internal assembly engineer  & R&D engineer. 
• To focus on meeting project commitment, including communications with internal / external customers 
• To define and structure of projects to achieve target in terms of delivery time, quality, cost and customer satisfaction 
• To facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks and resource requirements 
• To resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts between projects or functional areas 
• To develop methods to monitor project or area of progress 
• To provide corrective supervision if necessary 
• To be responsible for other tasks assigned by your superior 

Skills & Experiences

• minimum 1 year to 5 years experience in project engineering for Semiconductor
• technical experience in Mechatronic, or Mechanical or Electronic or Automation. 
• profound technical education with knowledge of business management 
• ability to organize and handle projects within prescribed time frame
• Confident and Strong Communication skill in English
