Job Description
You will be responsible for market expansion and partnership of our cosmetic business.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & Partnerships: Assist in establishing partnerships with e-commerce platforms, KOLs, and other potential collaborators to expand the brands market presence in Malaysia.
- Sales Support: Participate in business negotiations and contract execution to support sales growth and brand expansion.
- Market Analysis & Recommendations: Help analyze industry trends and competitors to provide insights and assist in formulating market expansion strategies.
- Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and advertising teams to ensure business development efforts align with overall brand strategy.
Skills & Experiences
- At least 1-2 years of business development experience, preferably in the beauty, ecommerce, or FMCG industry
- Familiarity with platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok, with some experience in business development
- Strong communication skills and the ability to assist in negotiations and build partnerships
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Mandarin or Malay is a plus
