Ecommerce Manager

Job Description

The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for operating, maintaining and updating e-Commerce platform ensuring smooth functionality, optimal user experience, and maximize potential revenues.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and update e-Commerce platform ensuring smooth functionality, optimal user experience, and maximize potential revenues. 
• Define and execute overall ecommerce marketing campaigns to increase sales and market shares. 
• Collaborate with management to design and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. 
• Work and communicate with software developer team to keep our platform updated and well maintained. 
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities. 
• Develop, setup the operation team and provide leadership to the team. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors. 
• Continuously improve the ecommerce platform by implementing new tools, features, and best practices. 

Skills & Experiences

• Possess knowledge and experience in operating e-Commerce platforms including product costing calculation, campaign execution, etc. 
• Able to cope with startup environment 
• Fluent in Mandarin & English 
• Passionate about electronics, willing to commit and eager to make an impact in the business 
• Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
