Job Description

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible to handle all inbound calls pertaining to hotel reservation and travel product information and other inquiries for Korean customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • To handle all inbound calls pertaining to hotel reservation and travel product information and other inquiries for Korean customers.
  • To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • To be able to provide information related to travel and tours for customers convenient travelling.
  • To communicate with contracted vendors about customers inquiries and queries. 

Skills & Experiences

  • Bachelor Degree in any fields
  • Native Korean language & business level of English
  • Willing to work on public holidays and shift rotates (24x7)
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and typing skills
