Job Description

Manage and oversee the entire operations of Paddling Seventy Six.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire operations of Paddling Seventy Six. 
• Work closely with Saloon Educator to drive and kickstart the saloon academy, so that Hair Stylist will be able to learn from the academy. 
• Plan, Strategize, and execute Saloon hair stylist blueprint to ensure consistency and quality standard across all saloon branches. 
• Oversee KL office, Tokyo, Jakarta, Singapore. 
• Ensure the operations of 4 outlet in Kuala Lumpur is highly profitable and functionable and adhere the standard of Paddling seventy six. 
• Ensure the organization functioning smoothly. 
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization. 
• create important policy, planning, and strategy decisions. 

Skills & Experiences

• Minimum 5 years working experience for Operations Manager for Beauty industry or Hair Saloon industry.  
• Experience setting up operations process flow.
• Strong leadership and management experience. 
• Strong communication skill in English, Mandarin, Japanese.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively. 
• Ability to connect the dots and highly problem solving mindset. 
• Comfortable working in a Japanese company culture.
