Job Description
The Marketing Manager will take charge of our online marketing efforts and help drive growth for our cosmetics products across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly Budget Planning & Ad Management: Plan, manage, and monitor monthly ad budgets for online platforms. Analyze the results and report performance to the superior for continuous improvement.
- Content Planning: Strategize and plan the content for our social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals and engaging our target audience effectively.
- KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Management: Develop and execute plans for KOL collaborations. This includes identifying suitable influencers, coordinating partnerships, and ensuring smooth communication between KOLs and the company.
- Product Selection & Scriptwriting: Choose appropriate products for KOL promotion and create compelling scripts tailored for each influencer to drive engagement and sales.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track the performance of all ads and influencer collaborations, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
Skills & Experiences
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on online sales and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) and how to leverage them for marketing purposes
- Experience in budgeting for digital marketing and analyzing ad performance
- Strong content creation skills and experience in managing KOL collaborations
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams
- Excellent communication and project management skills
