Key Responsibilities
- Assisting and follow-up the execution of specific marketing initiatives
- Provide support in developing sufficient promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, and information booklet
- Support in developing and conducting product training to field force/ pharmacist
- Assisting in arranging symposiums, seminars, public education and exhibitions in coordination with a field force
- Managing the distribution for sales and promotional materials distribution
- Gathering and calculating data to evaluate initiative effectiveness
- Recognizing key competitors and understand the brand's position in the marketplace
- Being a part of a team that drives collaboration, effective communication, and innovation across all teams and stakeholders
- Report directly to Product Manager
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum a Bachelors Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years working experience as a Marketing Executive in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry
- Have a strong marketing background in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry
- Great consumer and market understanding: Market trends, consumer behaviour, competitor intelligence
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
