Job Description

The Personal Assistant will manage the Director's general day-to-day activities and working alongside other team members to ensure the company and Director's personal matters are well-managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations 
  • Manage office supplies and bills 
  • Correspond with suppliers on contracts and orders 
  • Organise and file daily documents 
  • Be the point of contact for all internal and external parties 
  • Manage property maintenance and rentals 
  • Assist in company projects as and when needed 
  • Assist in Director and family's matters as and when needed 

Skills & Experiences

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any fields
  • Fresh gradudates are welcomed to apply
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay
  • Able to travel for business purpose
  • Well-organised with strong attention to details
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
