Key Responsibilities
- Set Everbest creative and marketing direction.
- Plan, Strategize, execute and monitor creative and digital marketing campaigns with a young group of graphic designers, and marketing team.
- Present new ideas to the CEO.
- Monitor and approve creative and deliverables within the organization.
- Set KPI for Marketing and Graphic Designers team.
- Lead and manage a team of young creative and energetic graphic designers, marketing, and web designers.
- Key person to do presentations to stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing social media trend to execute future new ideas.
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum 5 years working experience as a Creative Director in the FMCG industry
- Must be fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay
- Excellent leadership and management experience leading a young team of marketing managers and graphic design managers
- Ability to set marketing direction, strategize and execute creative and marketing campaigns within the organization
- Strong communication and confidence in sharing and presenting new ideas and insights to the CEO
