Job Description
To effectively carry out the duties of a customer service personnel in order to achieve total customer satisfaction and corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer order, sales processing, goods exchange/refund duties and payment collection.
- Provide assistance to members/customers inquiries, feedback with swift response in professional and effective manner.
- To understand company's Marketing Plan, Policy & Procedures, Distributors Code Of Conduct, Business Manual and Products Information to facilitate in General Inquiries, Problem Solving and the scope of the tasks covers products, distributors bonus, marketing, and campaign, etc.
- Handling all incoming calls/emails on member enquiries, stock returned collection, feedback, and complaints.
- Compile and maintain customer records by updating the member account database information.
- Assist in Daily Sales Report, Daily Inventory Report, and any ad-hoc tasks.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in providing customer service and excellent support to our valued customers and distributors.
- To assist in other activities/functions organized by company.
- To manage and maintain an effective recording and filing system.
- To attend necessary training and discussion session to improve product knowledge and provide new idea to enhance department workflow/procedure.
- Involves packaging and handling shipped goods.
Skills & Experiences
- 2 years experience as a receptionist, customer service, sales or shopkeeper
- Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to work on weekends once or twice a month (mostly on Saturday) for a distributer event
- Good in Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel & PPT
- Interested in MLM or direct selling business
