Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the offline retail channel (Pharma).
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and channels.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to develop, and execute sales strategies and promotions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Participate in industry trade shows and events to showcase our products and services.
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing
- At least 2-4 years of experience as key account manager in the beauty retail industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Watson / Guardian).
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and product knowledge to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven
- decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of taking ownership and driving projects to completion.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay
