Job Description
The Team Lead should possess a solid experience in quality or compliance in BPO domain and be fluent in Japanese.
Key Responsibilities
- Peoples Manager : Manage Administrative and Regular reporting activities and develops team members in structured analysis and Quality tools
- Coordinating with internal functions to ensure compliance to Client SOW and internal controls for QMS, ISMS and BCP and closure of gaps if any
- Supervises and Implements compliance checks as per Compliance Check plan
- Conducts assigned SOW compliance audits and internal QMS audits
- Contributes to improvement of the framework for structured risk assessment to uncover risks and vulnerabilities pertaining to of process and policy compliance and SOW
- Co-ordinates with internal functions to ensure adherence of audit completion and gap closure timelines for QMS, ISMS and BCP audits.
- Conducts assigned SOW compliance audits and internal QMS audits
- Performs RCA on all compliance issues
- Drives action plans for identified gaps
- Drives implementation of CMP/Zero tolerance policy guidelines
- Drives Kaizen program in the engagement
- Support & guide staff on quality related projects as a part of their career development plans.
- Participate actively in all QMS and ISMS related audits both internal as well as external
Skills & Experiences
- 3-5 years experience in Quality/Compliance in BPO
- Fluent in English and Japanese (N1 / N2 / Native)
- Able to work according to shifts (24/7)
- Understanding of risk management, compliance techniques and tools
- Skilled in application of Quality tools including control charts
