Job Description

The Secretary/Admin is responsible for general office admin tasks of Malaysia office.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office admin jobs (Payroll, general affairs, procurement)
  • Support/ assist a Japanese manager 
  • Interpretation and translation between Japanese and English
  • Liaise with government related offices for SOCSO, Immigration, etc
  • Liaise with an accounting office for accounting / audit matter
  • Accounting work such as payment and petty cash management

Skills & Experiences

  • Min 5 years working experience as a secretary, administration, office support 
  • Able to speak & write Japanese (N2)
  • Good in Communication, teamwork, co-operating
  • Can work individually
  • Fast learner 
  • Has worked under a Japanese boss is welcomed
  • Secretary experience is welcomed
  • Has a basic accounting knowledge is welcomed
