Japanese Speaking Sales Executive/Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive/Manager to join our newly opened office in KL.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and follow-up with existing customers.
• Acquisition of new clients in Malaysia (mainly in Klang Valley) and other Asian countries.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
• Hearing customers' requests and preparing quotations accordingly.
• Business trips to Japan, ASEAN and other countries will be required.
• For Manager position:
• Work with MD and GM to develop sales strategies and manage sales activities and sales.
• Liaison with MD, GM, and Ipoh headquarters.
• Manage sales staff, identify problems, and take action to resolve them.

Skills & Experiences

• Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Japanese (N2 or above) and Mandarin proficiency
• Min 2 years of manufacturing sales experience 
• Poses driving license and own car
• Expertise in using MS office
• Attention to detail and accuracy in sales activities 
• Automotive manufacturing, especially metal processing products are added advantage
• Working experience in trading company is added advantage
