Japanese Speaking Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a Japanese Speaking Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry. If you are self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and have experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist to register new and potential customer profile for business sales references purpose.
• To communicate with internal and external parties efficiently through sales order and payment follow up.
• Responsibilities include processing sales, coordinating and scheduling transportation of delivery parts.
• To gather information from other departments or customers and coordinate accordingly.
• Assist sales representatives with information on machines and attachments.
• To follow up and submit quotation as per customer request based on their deadline.

Skills & Experiences

• Min 1 year sales experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry
• Fluent in Japanese (N2 or equivalent) and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Possess own vehicle to conduct sales
