Japanese Speaking Immigration Consultant (Johor Bahru)

Job Description

The Immigration Consultant is responsible for interacting with clients in regards to the application of different types of visas, property, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting Japanese immigrants in obtaining visas, enrolling in international schools, setting up companies, introducing properties and creating web content.
• Interacting with clients via email and online.
• You will be responsible for responding to enquiries and attending to clients as required (Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur).
•  Manage the application process for MM2H and other types of visas, property viewings, asset management and maintenance.
•  Updating of English information on the company website.
•  Researching and selling new partners and referrals.
•  Work can be done online. However, you will be required to drive a car for attendance and other activities to achieve customer's requirements.

Skills & Experiences

• Min 2 years experience in a real estate or immigration support role
• JLPT proficiency :N2 or above
• Possess own car in order to attend to clients
• Basic operating system skills and IT literacy
