Job Description

The Executive Assistant is responsible for office administration, documentation and providing supports to company Japanese CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, plan, coordinate, and establish office administrative process, procedures, policies and systems.
  • To accompany CEO on business visit as when necessary, to support the communication.
  • Coordinate with Accounting firm on relevant activities; claims process, billing, invoicing and etc.
  • Market research and recent trend check in Malaysia for product planning.
  • Developing sales channels and business partners.
  • Support for listing on e-commerce websites

Skills & Experiences

  •  Have minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Proficient in Japanese(N2 or above, or relevant level), English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu
  • Able to make suggestions and move on their own initiative
  • Able to suggest new ideas and work independently
