Job Description
This role is expected to lead, develop and implement various digital marketing strategies for media and entertainment business.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Lead, Develop and Implement Digital Strategies:
- Create and execute a comprehensive Marketing plan. To reach target audiences through various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM. Strategic planning and implementation. Develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Corporates financial and branding objectives.
- 2. Lead and Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Lead the creation, planning, optimization and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across different digital social media platforms to drive customer engagement across all channels and to achieve specific business goals for e.g. increase user downloads. Ensure that brand visibility is enhanced across all channels.
- 3. Analyze Key Performance Metrics:
- Design and develop Performance metric report. Use data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- 4. Content Management:
- This involves creating, editing, and managing content across various digital and social media platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience. Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including social media management, content marketing, and performance analytics, and CRM to maximize online & offline presence and engagement.
- 5. Lead Project Management Team:
- Oversees digital marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, by working together with 3rd party vendors like developer, designer etc. Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovation.
- 6. Stay Update on KPD Trends:
- Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to stay ahead of the competition. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Use data to guide marketing tactics and decision-making.
- 7. Market Research:
- Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify trends and inform future digital activity. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep all marketing efforts at the forefront of the sector.
- 8. Collaborate at all Crossfunctional levels:
- Works with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives. Facilitate regular communication and collaboration across departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- 9. Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with key stakeholders to build relationships and ensure buy-in for new digital initiatives. Manage public relations, corporate communications, and crisis communication when necessary.

- Willing to travel and relocate if necessary.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
