Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire operations of the Travel & Tourism services including existing activities and new business ventures
- Managing business which does not limit to planning, budgeting, and evaluation of strategic business goals and objectives of the company
- Responsible for creating and implementing business development strategies and overseeing activities that ensure the contract delivers to the acceptable standards
- Responsible for developing and establishing customer service and budgetary standards
- Responsible for overall business performance and business development
- Manage and coordinate all the Departmental functions of the Company
- Analyze, evaluate market trends and provide timely market information
- Adhere to the Company's procedure & policy, protecting the Company's assets and brand
- Develop strategies to drive top-line of the business, turning around profits and revenue
- Identify business opportunities and implement these strategies into full execution
- Oversee technology development to ensure effective solutions are implemented
- Act as the business leader who portrays form decision-making and motivates by example
- Communicate the Company's vision, values, strategies, and objectives
- Align various departments to achieve the business targets
- Hire, train and motivate staff to equip them with the best support, guidance, and leadership
- Develop compensation and incentives to drive an effective workforce
Skills & Experiences
- Degree holder, MBA is an added advantage
- 15 years of working experience in the travel & tourism industry
- Familiar with managing and handling inbound, outbound and Umrah tours
- 3 years in Senior Management
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills
