Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Attend all incoming or outgoing calls appropriately and courteously, handling basic inquiries and to take message.
  • 2. Managing correspondence - to handle all departments outgoing mail, courier services and to sort and distribute incoming mail or faxes.
  • 3. Attend all guests and visitors inquiries at the reception counter.
  • 4. Arranging the availability of meeting room - ensure the environment of meeting rooms is clean and tidy and all necessities is available.
  • 5. Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and pantry items.
  • 6. Maintaining office services (cleaners & maintenance) and performing ad-hoc administration duties.

Skills & Experiences

  • >At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • >Good command of spoken and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • >Pleasant personality with good phone etiquette.
  • >Good organization skills, responsible and willingness to learn.
