Field Service Engineer

Job Description

The Field Service Engineer is responsbile for repair service and commissioning of device in SEA and Oceania region.

Key Responsibilities

• Repairs service and commissioning of device in Southeast Asia and Oceania region
• Maintenance and fault detection on electronics board
• Prepare service and spare parts related quotations
• Technical support to the customer on-site, by phone and email
• Reporting service visits and maintenance works to headquarter in Germany
• Coordination and abroad logistics department for service order
• Supplying and maintaining required tools for service work

Skills & Experiences

• University or Vocational Degree in Engineering
• Min 1 year experience in service field with machinery
• Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• Ability to travel domestic and abroad (mostly Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia)
