Job Description
The Field Service Engineer is responsbile for repair service and commissioning of device in SEA and Oceania region.
Key Responsibilities
- Repairs service and commissioning of device in Southeast Asia and Oceania region
- Maintenance and fault detection on electronics board
- Prepare service and spare parts related quotations
- Technical support to the customer on-site, by phone and email
- Reporting service visits and maintenance works to headquarter in Germany
- Coordination and abroad logistics department for service order
- Supplying and maintaining required tools for service work
Skills & Experiences
- University or Vocational Degree in Engineering
- Min 1 year experience in service field with machinery
- Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- Ability to travel domestic and abroad (mostly Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia)
