Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the operations department
  • Perform data entry work
  • Creating DO, PO, Invoicing, filling, answering phone calls, follow up duties
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills & Experiences

  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree Administration / Management or equivalent
  • Good computer literacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel)
  • Basic bookkeeping skill
  • Can communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
