Job Description
The Electrical Technician is responsible to perform electrical wiring and troubleshooting as well as day to day maintenance of the electrical installation of factory.
Key Responsibilities
- To perform electrical wiring and troubleshooting according to circuit diagram, working instruction and checklist.
- To support operation in day to day maintenance of entire electrical installation of the factory, including transformer, main switch board, inverter, electrical motor (AC/DC) and electrical wiring.
- Responsible to assist, plan and execute required regulatory routine inspection (Energy Commission, Fire Department, DOSH & DOE).
- Responsible to plan and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of entire facility's electrical installation, power supply, fire fighting and air compressor system including substation at each section.
- Responsible to liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliances issues.
- Kaizen, PDCA, organize information, cause analysis, problem solving to improve.
- Practice 5S at working area all the time.
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering
- Min 1 year of related working experience as a Technician
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess a good working knowledge in Electrical maintenance & repair of facilities and machinery equipment
- Able to work shift (to be confirmed on the shift hour)
- Computer literate
- Able to communicate in Japanese language will be advantage
- Possess good Organizational skills and able to work under tight schedule.
- Able to work independently
