Job Description
The Ecommerce Senior Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce strategies as well as leading a team to move forward.
Key Responsibilities
- E-Commerce/Social Commerce Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives and upcoming Live selling platforms.
- Key Account Management: Oversee and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, and stock levels to ensure maximize sales and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use data analytics tools to track e-commerce performance and make data driven decisions to improve results.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, including Key Account Managers, to ensure their success and departmental goals are met.
- Website Management: Manage our e-commerce platform, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO and mobile devices (Upcoming plan).
- Brand Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with e-commerce brand partners.
- Onboarding and Integration: Guide new brands through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration onto our platform.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with brand partners to develop and executive joint business plans, focusing on growth and profitability.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Market Research: Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to align strategies and support brand partners
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on brand partner performance and present findings to internal stakeholders.
Skills & Experiences
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years in key account management in the E-Commerce space
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
