Job Description
The E-Commerce Key Account Manager is responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive GMV revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive GMV revenue.
- Build and maintain win-win relationships with all marketplace platforms' key personnel.
- Negotiate and secure exclusive partnerships for monthly activities and key and mega campaigns.
- Work closely with clients to ensure all activities are executed according to plan.
- Manage A&P funds with proper budget planning and ensure the best return on investment.
- Work closely within the E-commerce team (Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service, and Graphic Designers) and also other departments.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and provide analysis and insights data to identify key issues and opportunities.
- Provide regular and accurate forecasting of stocks required to achieve the desired sales results.
Skills & Experiences
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years in key account management in the E-Commerce space
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player with a positive, flexible, and energetic attitude
