Job Description
The Digital Account Executive is responsible for developing integrated campaign concepts and solutions as well as building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Strategy Team to develop integrated campaign concepts and solutions that align with client objectives and requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client queries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication via phone, email, or meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout all project stages, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on progress, performance, and results.
- Oversee and manage projects to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with client briefs and budgets.
- Present campaign ideas, project updates, and performance reports as per Operating Standards or client requests.
- Identify new business opportunities, upsell services, and contribute to client portfolio growth.
- Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with contract terms.
- Prepare and manage campaign budgets, work schedules, and project deadlines while negotiating and solving challenges with clients as needed.
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Good to have 1-3 experience in Marketing/Advertising Agency background.
- Proven experience in client servicing, managing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ability to meet deadlines and outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Good command in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
