Key Responsibilites

  • Handling incoming calls, managing service enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other raising issues related to the company's products.
  • Constantly work towards improving customer experience.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA

Skills & Experiences

  • Language fluency English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidates must possess at least an SPM 
  • Able to read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed, training will be provided
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts
  • Able to join immediately
  • Willing to work in Ara Damansara
