Job Description

20HC to speak of 80 customers a day + RM250 -RM300 (shift allowance) + RM1000-RM1500 (quarter KPI)

Key Responsibilites

  • Provide exceptional telephone customer service in a timely manner whilst maintaining healthy relations with clients.
  • Maintaining warm inbound calls, emails and live chats in a fast-paced contact centre.
  • Play a supporting role in educating our customers around products and alternative digital banking platforms.
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling banking products and services.

Skills & Experiences

  • SPM, Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in equivalent course.
  • Ex Cabin Crews, Service Industry and Public Relation background are highly encouraged to apply.
  • At least 6 months - 1 years of exposure in Customer Care agenda.
  • Candidates who are able to converse fluently in Mandarin are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
  • Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Formidable judgement including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Rotational shift work mode with 5 days of work and 2 days off.
