Credit Control Executive

Job Description

Credit Control Executive focuses on managing credit control and debt collection activities, including following up on overdue accounts, monitoring payments, and improving overall receivables performance. It involves identifying potential default risks, recommending actions for delinquent cases, and preparing monthly credit reports for management review

Key Responsibilities

• To call customer for payment based on aging assigned
•  Identify accounts with potential default riskTo manage the credit control / collections of ageing debt
• Follow up with delinquent accounts
• Monitor payments and loan amount
• Recommend and propose action for defaulted cases
• Recovery and re-possession of Company's assets
• Improve collection efficiency and receivables
• Preparing reports on monthly credit reports, and relevant statistics for Managements review

Skills & Experiences

• Diploma / Degree or its equivalent
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Min 2 years of credit control experience
• Inquisitive in nature to probe into an organizations financial health
• Organized, meticulous and systematic
• Able to communicate well at all levels
