Key Responsibilities
- Project management in Construction/ Building from planning, design & tender, construction until hand over
- Contract management, Quality assurance, safety assurance, process management and cost management
- Support potential clients and existing clients in planning, master process, and costing
- Propose plans to the clients
- Manage project members, create presentations, and layout & design coordination
Skills & Experiences
- Experienced in various projects such as retail mall, warehouse, factory, residential, office etc
- Experience working with developer, project management consultant or main contractor
- Good documentation skills
- Possess qualification such as Architect or Construction engineer
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
