Chemical Sales Engineer (Penang)

Job Description

This is with a Japanese manufacturer, providing water treatment chemicals and facilities as well as process treatment chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand business in Penang with new business development, maintain and expand existing business.
• Provide customers factories with water treatment solutions including chemicals and services.
• Propose water treatment solutions related to boiler, cooling water, wastewater and so on to customers. 
• Create value for customers such as energy saving and productivity improvement. 
• Conduct hearing and consultation related to customers operational status and issues related to water treatment.

Skills & Experiences

• Min 2 years of sales engineer experience in water treatment
• The person who has experience in our competitors is preferrable.
• Inexperienced young person is acceptable if he/she has good motivation and positive attitude
• Service mind & customer focus, Attitude of team work & learning 
• Ability to travel/ have own transportation
• Prefer candidates who has a sales experience from DI/ Waste Water Industry or equivalent / competitors
